Meet Elise

A registered dietitian by trade, I have always felt connected to delivering happiness to people through food. I believe the joy of eating with loved ones is key to a healthy, happy life.

What started as a love affair with food photography and recipe development quickly escalated into a full scale charcuterie business as I felt a drive to bring my skills into my community. Coupled with food service management and event planning experience, it only made sense to make my small business dreams a reality.

With a detail-oriented eye and a flare for creativity, I will go above and beyond to support your needs!
